Pre & Post Care
Pre-treatment Instructions
- No retinol for 30 days before your service
- Don't work out the day of your service
- No botox or fillers 2 weeks before your service
- No waxing, tinting, or tweezing for 1 week before your service
- No tanning for 2 weeks before your service
- No facial services for 2 weeks before your service
- No fish oils or Vitamin E for at least 2-3 days before your service (natural blood thinners)
- No alcohol or caffeine for 2-3 days before your service
- Don’t take an ibuprofen 2-3 days before your service (Tylenol is okay)
Post care
- No picking or scratching. The scabs will fall away naturally
- No facials, fillers, botox or chemical treatments for at least 4 weeks
- No exercising (sweating) for 1 week
- No direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks
- No swimming or hot tubs for 2 weeks
- No makeup including sunscreen on the area while healing
- Only use the aftercare balms and tonics supplied to you while healing
- Don't tint, tweeze, thread, or wax for 4 weeks
